Job Details

  • Be conversant with quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
  • An integral requirement of the role is to carry out sampling tests to ensure the integrity of each batch of product produced. This includes pH tests, consistency tests and taste tests
  • Implementation of quality and inspection systems
  • Conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
  • Assist in the Investigation of customer complaints and nonconformance issues
  • Take part in and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Take part in training to meet quality standards
  • Support onsite audits conducted by external providers
  • Understand role in the document management systems
  • Assist in assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
