Blueprint Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a passionate BIM Modeller (Open Roads Designer) on a contract basis with the ability to work fully remotely.

Our client is a specialist in delivering sustainable Design, Engineering, and ConsultancySolutions and are looking for a BIM Modeller to join their dynamic team.

As the successful BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering allocated technical assignments, work elements, work packages and other design activities
  • Undertaking technical tasks in accordance with the Company's quality, safety and project management/engineering procedures
  • Providing highquality design outputs such as 2D drawings 3D modelling and information management elements.
  • Selfchecking / vetting all outputs before issue
  • Maintaining good relationships internally and externally

Personal requirements:

  • 10 years' industry experience, at least 6 months' experience using Open Roads Designer
  • Experience working on transport projects and ideally major rail projects like HS2 or Crossrail
  • Sound knowledge of the industry, knowledge of designing and maintaining assets and have up to date on knowledge of environmental and sustainability issues
  • Ability to deliver quality outputs and meet project timelines effectively
  • Relevant technical qualifications and/or training
  • Must have knowledge of BIM and Information Management Standards and Processes
