Salary:
£63k + depending on skills & experience (car allowance included)


What you'll be doing:


  • Drive value creation, margin expansion and cash conversion within the 2 business areas (Oman & International Markets) working with a wide range of functional stakeholders to achieve these targets
  • Support and be influential in shaping and delivering strategy, reviewing business performance resulting in improvements in operational and financial performance
  • Identify and evaluate broader investment decisions across the markets, shaping adjacent opportunities whilst maximising opportunities and mitigating risk
  • Support the business in the quarterly contract review process and provide finance leadership
  • Interface to the E & I Project Accounting Centre to ensure that the Service is operating effectively and process improvement are being realised

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:


  • Qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA
  • Ability to challenge and influence the business and a proactive and inquisitive nature
  • Experience as a Finance Business Partner engaging with nonFinance staff and providing decision support to stakeholders demonstrating business acumen
  • Ability to present to a wide range of Senior Stakeholders

The International Finance Team:


In this exciting role, you'll report to the Finance Director International and provide crucial Finance Business partner support to the Oman and International Markets Senior Management Teams.

You'll have the amazing opportunity to travel to Oman and collaborate with in-country teams, shaping and developing commercial opportunities throughout the entire life cycle


This role allows you to make a significant impact by shaping and delivering business strategy, reviewing business performance, and implementing improvements for operational and financial outcomes.
