PMO Support Officer
Part-time / Fixed term Contract
Sutton Coldfield - Birmingham
We are currently seeking a PMO Support Officer to join our PMO team on a 9-month fixed term contract.
This is a part time position of 20 hours per week, and we would like you to spend time in the office on a Monday and Friday, but beyond this, we are happy to be flexible in agreeing a working pattern that is most convenient to you.
As a PMO Support Officer, you will report to the Head of Programmes and provide administrative support, including reporting, governance and control to ensure that Change Programmes are delivered.
You will support the Head of Programmes in producing reports to support the Governance Framework and enable the Senior Management Team to make effective decisions as a result of logical and robust information so that projects can start, stop or continue.
You will provide administrative support such as project reporting, gateway reviews and maintaining the project management methodology, standards and templates to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience of working within a PMO function
Strong administration skills and experience
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Positive can-do attitude with the ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines
