Working within the Salford Care Organisation, sitting within the Northern Care Alliance, this role provides the opportunity to work closely with the services within the organisation.

The HR Advisor will work to provide a high quality, comprehensive and effective generalist operational Human Resources service. They will also support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of HR and Care Organisation objectives.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a HR professional to join our team as a HR Advisor.

The role is advertised as a full time opportunity and we would be open to discussing alternative ways of working including flexible working arrangements.


To deliver a high quality, comprehensive and effective range of generalist HR services to management and staff of designated areas within the Care Organisation.


To case manage a range of complex Employee Relations issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels throughout this process.
