Job Title:
Recruitment Consultant
Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Waterlooville. You will be tasked with the continued growth of our industrial engineering sector. This position involves white-collar recruitment and would suit someone with drive and motivation to succeed in a sales-focused role. Full systems and technical training will be provided.

Your Recruitment Consultant Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Managing new and existing client accounts
Negotiating terms and offers of employment
Creating attractive and engaging job adverts in line with standards and quality

Our Ideal Recruitment Consultant:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.

Other key requirements would include:

Highly motivated and target driven to deliver results
Excellent telephone manner
Outstanding organisation, IT, and administration skills
Ability to work under pressure
Previous recruitment or sales experience is advantageous

Package & Benefits:

In return for your continued commitment, we offer our Recruitment Consultants the following benefits:

£20,000 to £27000 Basic
£40,000 to £75,000 OTE

- £2,000 Annual bonus for exceeding target
