    Description

    Stock Condition Surveyor

    We are seeking experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidates will work in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct surveys of residential properties using tablet devices and asset management software
    • Assess stock condition and RDSAP status of over 8000 properties
    • Evaluate energy efficiency requirements (RDSAP or DEA)

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a surveyor, including refresher training provided by the employer
    • ID badges, calling cards, and large property lists will be provided

    Benefits:

    • Possible extension of the 6-month contract

    Location:

    Bude and surrounding areas in Cornwall

    Estimated Salary Range:

    £25-30 per hour
