Job details

We are looking for a friendly and professional Administrator to help with a variety of admin tasks within a busy admin hub that supports all our sites.

The role involves:

Processing a wide range of patient related files and referrals.
Actioning patient Tasks and handling general admin requests.
Transposing doctor dictations into letters.
Inputting patient registrations.
Processing a wide range of correspondence.
Handling death notifications, and administrating communication for screening programmes (smears, immunisations etc)

Personal Qualities

Friendly, positive character with a motivation to help patients.
A desire to learn, but also share your admin skills with others.

- "SystmOne" experience is desirable.

Ability to balance attention to detail with sometimes working at pace.

We are looking for a highly motivated diligent individual with attention to detail, and enthusiasm for the role. You will be a team player, but also able to have independence in your work.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
