Description

The role is responsible for the planning, oversight and delivery of projects designed to support improvement in operational delivery and efficiency within the Directorate.


The post holder will support the management team and provide leadership for the development and delivery of identified projects, services and core operational functions of the Directorate This will include, for example, providing leadership for all aspects of events coordination, alongside providing service improvement leadership to the delivery of key business functions or project work.


The post holder will also work closely with Senior Clinicians and other Clinical Managers to coordinate and support the delivery of projects and tasks across the Directorate as outlined in CCA Group Business and P&E Plans.

Provide project support to the delivery of key business plans relating to the TPC Directorate.


Assisting the Deputy Director of Operations on all aspects of the operational functioning of the Directorate, working as a core member of the team to provide an effective business support to service the Directorate programme of work.


Ensure that P&E schemes have robust and reliable mechanisms for capturing efficiency gains so that they can be easily reported to Finance.


Support the delivery of identified projects and schemes by working with the respective staff groups and services to ensure the delivery of key milestones remains in line with the project plan.

Assist with the delivery of core business functions in the Directorate that support operational delivery of services
