About The Role_


Founded in 2004, E-Service are Europe's largest dedicated and independent supplier of specialist repairs and spare parts to the Gaming, Amusement and Vending industries.

Each day, E-Service processes several hundred orders for repairs, product shipments and repair services.

It is vital for our customers that their requirements are met as quickly and efficiently as possible. Information exchange is key to the success of our business.

It will be part of the role to regularly update our clients with order progress, shipment details, possible delays and resolve any discrepancies.


You will also help enhance the provision and sharing of information and performance data generated from our in-house management systems, being responsible for extracting data and delivering reports to the management team.

Great customer service is the cornerstone of our business. This role will be key to delivering a smooth and seamless journey for our clients.

What You Will Do:_

  • Cooperate closely with our Sales and Engineering teams.
  • Know and understand our clients' requirements, providing updates and order progress.
  • Share information so work schedules can be altered and prioritised to maximise our efficiency and meet client demand.
  • Regularly highlight, report and tackle all barriers to completing and progressing our orders on time.
  • Work closely with clients to offer quotes and alternative products to ensure E-Service not only meets but exceeds its commitments to great and customer service.
  • Extract data from inhouse systems and deliver predefined reports to the management team.
  • Communicate across the business and assist with driving improvements and efficiencies.

What We Would Like From You:_

  • Degree qualified or hold higher education qualifications indicating strong competence in written language, understanding reports and data and an ability to accurately and reliably communicate throughout the business.
  • Hold a passion and interest in technology, ideally from a role or background where the use of technology is commonplace.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and being able to format and deliver reports.
  • A flexibility and willingness to learn our systems and processes and a desire to deliver great Customer Service to our UK & European customers.
  • SAP experience also highly desirable.
  • Ability to work from our office in Welham Green AL9 7JL

  • Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer Support &
Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
