Using data and insight in this role to feedback to improve the site, contributing to the People Team's dedication to portraying British Airways authentically as an employer.


Reporting directly into the Continuous Improvement Manager for People systems, you will improve user experience by conducting regular content audits and collaborating with BA digital UX/UI teams.

As the owner of the product strategy for our careers site, your role involves driving development through user feedback and analytics.

Implement and refine SEO strategies to boost content visibility on search engines, and leverage analytics tools to track and provide insights into content performance, contributing to informed decision-making.
