ROLE PROFILE: Responsible for all aspects of program management and delivery within LSEGs Shared Services Cloud Delivery portfolio. Working closely with development directors, delivery leads, program/project management resources, the central LSEG Transformation (TMO) function, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a defined set of milestones and outcomes.

Role summary:

• Establish and run the management function for the LSEG Shared Services Cloud Delivery, providing overall program leadership, guidance and technical expertise to handle all aspects of the workstream, including sub-workstream planning and execution
• Work with Sub-workstream Leads and other project team members across LSEG and third parties to develop execution plans and handle delivery against agreed achievements, outcomes, and budget
• Coordinate across outside workstreams, identify interdependencies and define plans to solve them, raising issues and barriers to execution where required
• Implement and lead program governance and meeting cadence
• Prepare materials to support regular governance meetings and facilitate decision making at Steering Committee, Workstream and Sub-workstream levels
• Act as primary Workstream collaborate with the PMO team and lead the preparation of all materials as required by PMO for governance, reporting and communications purposes
• Work with Finance members to supervise actual and projected spend against approved budgets and handle any change requests if vital.
• Collaborate with other LSEG workstreams outside of as required to address any dependencies and opportunities
• Ensure the workstream adheres to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance, and risk management as well as any specific requirements as provided by PMO

• Program planning & delivery - Demonstrates the field of planning, organizing and leading resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards.
• Resource planning & optimization – Plans, handles, and optimizes resources within teams to enhance results and achieve desired performance.
• Flexible ways of working - Understands different approaches to project management (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.) and ensures flexibility to deliver and complete within different ways of working.
• Case & benefit management - Prepares and handles reasons or proposals to explain programs or projects, and identifies, manages, and supervises benefits derived from the programs or projects.
• Navigating the business - Apply knowledge of practices and approaches for handling and navigating the organization to support project/program objectives.
• Industry knowledge - Demonstrates a depth of hands-on knowledge across the organization's industry and domains.
• Communication - Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting sophisticated / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.
• Problem solving - Defines a problem, generates solutions, and evaluates and identifies the best solution to overcome the problem.
• Relationship building – Interacts well with others, quickly establishing rapport building positive relationships and networks.
• Process improvement - Seeks new ways of working continuously to make processes run smoother and faster.
