At LIND, we don't just sell Triumph motorcycles, we breathe Triumph motorcycles We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Specialist to join our team at Lind Triumph East London in Romford.

This role will be at the core of our customer experience, you will build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, guiding, and advising them on services needed for their motorcycles.

You will be part of the customer journey from start to finish becoming an integral part of our renowned LIND family.

We are a small and friendly team, and you'll want to get fully involved with the dealership. We want to deliver exceptional service and to us this is far more than just a place of work

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Reporting to the Head of Service & Parts and assisting in the running of the department
Creating a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their motorcycle Achieving sales targets by selling workshop hours
Pre picking of parts Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed
Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
Gain indepth knowledge of Service, Parts & Accessories
Meeting and greeting customers who are in for services
Keeping customers up to date whilst their bikes are in for services
Experience in service within the automotive industry (ideally motorcycle)

Ability to utilise multiple systems
Possess a Methodical Approach
Be Approachable and Honest
Excellent communication skills
A passion for motorcycles

Desirable:

Experience with using automotive systems (Pyramid preferred)
A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
Knowledge of all Triumph Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories

In return we are offering a competitive salary + bonus range of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum along with the following benefits;

About us:

Triumph East London, home to the Romford R.A.T Pack joined the LIND Triumph family in 2017 after the acquisition of Jack Lilley.

Triumph has had a presence in East London and south Essex for many years now, originally as 'North City Triumph' in Chigwell, and then from 2010 it has been situated in the current purpose-built showroom on the London Road in Romford.
