The Sales Administator role:


  • Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of information
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain customer database and update customer information as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

£26,329.68-£28,317.57 per year
