Description
You will drive sales through availability and visibility of Helwit nicotine pouches at the point of purchase. Your customer base will consist of independent convenience stores or major retailers in a defined territory.

You will be responsible for maximising brand awareness and incremental sales through the effective use of data, prioritising actions in conjunction with the customer's plans and highest yielding interventions.

If you're motivated by hitting targets, like to build relationships, and crave the freedom to work in a role that allows you to take ownership of your customers from start to finish, then this is the job for you.

You will be HELWIT's first sales representative in the UK, your feedback is important to the company so that together we can drive and optimise sales.

As a Sales Representative, you receive support from the team in implementing relevant activities that generate growth and awareness within the UK.The company's ambition is to build a strong sense of belonging, community and team spirit, even if your colleagues are scattered across Europe.

Please note that you'll need to live within, or be willing to relocate to, this territory and you'll need a UK manual driving license to be eligible.


Key - Responsibilities

  • Be the face of our brand, forging unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
  • Visit independent convenience retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle
  • Deliver world class customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholders
  • Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets
  • Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory
  • Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays
  • Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in store activations
  • Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with instore execution and Point of Sale (POS)
  • Reach out to and generate customer leads through cold calling.
  • Process physical points of sales in London through store visits
  • Out of stock prevention
  • Daily briefings with Country Manager
    Qualifications
  • Good communications skills
  • Understand the importance of upselling and crossselling
  • UK work permit
  • Good knowledge in working with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Merited

  • Experience in field sales
  • Documented experience in FMCG Sales
  • Experience from Cash and Carry Sales
  • Additional language

Working Conditions

  • Full time (Field Sales Representative)
  • Monday-Friday (nonholiday)
  • Primary location: London
  • Salary: Commission with a Base Salary
  • Employment: Permanent, with a 6month trial period.

About the company
HELWIT LTD is a company with its own production of the nicotine pouch brand HELWIT. The production takes place in Gransholm, Sweden. There, we have built our factory and operations to be climate-smart from the ground up.

We launched the HELWIT brand in January 2021 and the launch has been very successful and the reception from consumers enormously positive.

Today we are one of the biggest brands in Sweden and are ready to scale up our business in the UK.
