Key Experience & Responsibilities:


  • Project manage the successful implementation of customer projects within the agreed timeframes, following the company's Project Management procedure
  • Produce project plans and maintain all project documentation up to date on a regular basis
  • Ensure that everyone involved in a project is informed of all developments, including time, budget, and delivery issues, at every stage
  • Hold weekly clientfacing meetings, managing customer expectations through every stage of the project
  • Stay up to date on the Product Team's Development projects tracking progress to provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the development, product, and customer service teams to ensure project goals are met in accordance with contractual obligations
  • Drive engagement across the client base, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with the roadmap and feature release plan
  • Build strong relationships with the customer base to provide added value to the business
  • Assist customer service team when required
  • Assist with and deliver aspects of the company's training program, including helping to create digital guides, improving digital training plans, and conducting training courses
  • Produce setup guides for customers to support the monthly releases

Education & Skills requirements:


  • Applicants who have achieved a grade of "C" or higher in GCSE Maths and English, and having a degree is considered beneficial
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The capacity to thrive in a team environment as well as the drive to work independently
  • A willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Be open and friendly
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for problemsolving
  • Clientfocused
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and adhere to high standards of quality when working to tight project deadlines
