Finance Administrator
Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with an established Not for Profit to source a permanent Finance Administrator. This role will directly support the Head of Finance and wider Finance team.


Duties:


  • Reconciling customer records; checking personal details and payments are all correct.
  • Communicating with corporate customers to advise details of policyholder amendments.
  • Sending out followup correspondence to policyholders and corporate customers where required.
  • Reviewing employee leaver's data
  • Processing income from Bacs payments, ensuring company income is received on time and that payments received match the expected amount.
  • Formatting and manipulating of Excel spreadsheets for accurate data reconciliation.
  • Assisting with setting up, maintaining, and processing direct debit premium collections.
  • Monitoring the office reception
  • Opening and processing post received, ensuring documents are distributed to the correct department.
  • Raising invoices and credit notes for customers using Sage
  • Taking responsibility for continuous selfdevelopment and own learning to achieve excellent service levels for the team.
  • Any other adhoc duties to assist with cover within the Department.

Requirements:


  • 6 months experience working in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Excel (using basic formulas)

Salary + additional information
- £22,000 to £26,000

  • 3 days in the office 2 days from home
