Overview:

Warehouse Operator (Fixed term contract possible perm position) required for permanent employment in a Global based manufacturing company in Kenfig Industrial Estate near Port Talbot

Salary = £10.92 ph (equivelent to £23,904 per annum) Further training levels and renumeration available

Own transport is required as site is not near any major transport links.

Continental Shift Pattern. 12 hrs shifts. Average 42.1 hrs pw, Rotational 4 on, 4 off basis.

Must have valid FLT licence

Must have right to work in UK.

Qualifications:

Preferable will hold an FLT license
Experience in working in a warehouse environment advantageous but not essential
Selfmotivated, reliable, dedicated, hardworking, conscientious and flexible.

Responsibilities:

FLT
Hold a recognised certificate for FLT
Basic handling, storage & palletisation
Hand Pallet truck operation
Warehouse Administration which will include and not exhaustive, recording of finished goods and raw material movement, incoming goods/materials paperwork, completion of picking and deliver notes
Banks person
Silo deliveries checking of material and correct silo discharge
Pallet & scrap control
To comply with reasonable requests from management
Other ad hoc duties as allocated throughout warehouse/production
