About New Flair:
New Flair's Executive owners are now looking for a Housekeeper/ Nanny who value efficiency, organization, and a nurturing environment for their children.
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join our team as a Housekeeper and Childminder, providing essential support to our family and household.
Responsibilities:
Childminding:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to the family's two small children.
- Assist with daily routines including bathing, dressing, brushing, and meal times.
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities.
- Support with homework assignments and academic activities.
- Transport children to and from extracurricular activities or appointments.
- Occasionally reside at the family home to provide overnight care in the absence of parents.
- Participate in and attend family outings or short breaks as required.
Housekeeping:
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized household environment.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Execute deep cleaning activities as needed to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
- Assist with household errands and organization to ensure smooth operation of the home.
Administration:
- Complete reports related to children's activities, development, and wellbeing.
- Keep track of important events, appointments, and school activities.
- Work collaboratively with parents to ensure all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to household and childcare responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with children and adults.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and occasional overnight stays.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
