Permanent

£30,000 basic + commission (realistic OTE circa £45,000)

Based in either Midlands / North region -
Remote with occasional travel

The Role:

I am working with one of the UK's largest and most successful healthcare staffing agencies. They already have over 18,000 carers and nurses working with several hospitals, care homes, prisons and schools across the country, and they're not stopping there


They're keen to speak with experienced and self-driven Business Development Managers to help expand their teams, breaking new markets in the Midlands and North regions.

You'll be responsible for mapping out the area, finding your own leads and convertingprospective clients to new business.
