Support with daily reporting across lead generation channels & third-party technologies with the objective of supporting the Senior Digital Acquisition Manager and wider team.

• Office Based or Remote with 4 to 8 days in the office per month based on location.
• 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday standard working hours 09:00 17:30 (16:00 Friday Finish)

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Reporting

• Update Search reports and send to PowerBi database
• Monitor invalid traffic via third party partners
• Identify abnormalities in daily trends and communicate to wider team when necessary
• Send weekly reports to external clients regarding campaign performance

Account Management

• Ensure all invoices are correct and sent to Receipt Bank on a monthly basis
• Maintain PPC log with account level changes
• Use of Google and Bing Editor to update campaign locations

Competitor Monitoring

• Update and maintain Google Auction Insights for account
• Update and maintain competitor reports
• Communicate any abnormalities in competitor movements to wider team

Landing Page Management & Design

• Updating of existing landing pages via CMS (Unbounce)

General Team Support

• Assisting Digital Marketing Team with a variety of ad hoc tasks
• Support on creating presentations and other ad hoc documents
• Take part in team meetings and brainstorm ideas
• Utilisation of SEM insights tracking technology to conduct competitor insight reports into ad copy, times seen, landing page variants, etc.
• Monitoring phone validation credits to ensure internal teams are being supplied with valid leads with accurate contact numbers
• Utilising user tracking software to report when appropriate into users behaviour on site via heatmaps, recordings, and engagement zones
• Utilisation of fraud prevention software to verify invalid traffic sources
