B2C Marketing Consultant

Salary up to £45,000

Permanent

FT - 35 hours per week

Remote/home working With a hybrid approach requiring a team day in our London, Kings Cross office every fortnight. We are looking for a creative and strategic multi-channel Marketing expert.

You will be part of our Innovation Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Head of Innovation.

Exciting times lie ahead, the multi-channel strategy sits in draft, awaiting your arrival to this exciting team.

The Innovation team consists of in-house marketing experts; video production, content writers, Product Managers, Partnerships Managers and Technical Teams.

We are a team of 16 now but growing extremely fast, due to the complex digital projects we are embarking on.

Main Responsibilities
Joining us as the B2C Marketing Consultant, you will be accountable for the following;

  • Coordinating development and build of customer acquisition and engagement journey for innovation pilots and business / product launch.
  • Help to shape the CRM action plan and work with the team to plan and execute campaigns that deliver to requirements.
  • Fully utilise the tools and data available to design and deliver omnichannel campaigns covering all areas of communications.
  • Analysis, segmentation and targeting of customers within internal database.
  • Promote excellence and best practice in CRM and the use of Adobe Campaign, driving a CRM culture across the business.
  • To always be a positive, proactive member of the marketing innovation team.

  • Able to develop a working relationship with all areas of Saga Group.
  • Good understanding of customer journeys, retention, interaction and touchpoints.
  • Superior understanding of all marketing functions.
  • Able to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • High levels of drive, enthusiasm, and energy.
  • A solution focussed sense of curiosity and passion for marketing innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboratively work with others.
  • Evidence of full ownership of CRM campaigns from inception through to analysis.
  • Planning and organisation skills, project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Independent and highly selfmotivated but able to work and lead a team of creative individuals.
