We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity to become an influential leader within one of the largest trusts in the UK.

The National Lead of Research and Best Practice leads the Trust's research and best practice work, ensuring the generation of high-qualityevidence for professional development and mobilises this evidence to improve outcomes for all.

The role-holder will be a key member of the Leadership & Development team and be responsible for developing the Trust's approach to research and best practice and establishing its role and reputation within the system.

The role will support the delivery ofthe Trust's CPD, ensuring that they reflect the best available evidence on effective professional development.

The post-holder will be an Oasis ambassador internally and externally, exemplifying exceptional practice through the lens of our ethos and values.

*The role's location is not fixed to a particular region but will require travel in supporting all 52 of the academies within the Trust. The role's base is flexible and negotiable.
