Contract:
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday


Salary:
£28,000 -£30,000 per annum, depending on experience


Employment Package:
Hybrid working (2 days office based, 3 days remote working)

About the role


Our London based private practice is looking for an experienced Patient and Admin Coordinator who is looking to advance their career and work in a thriving and supportive workplace.

As a Patient and Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of patient care and administrative support to our team.


Mr Olivier Amar is a leading consultant plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeons, specialising in bespoke facial rejuvenation, body contouring and breast enhancement.

Welcoming patients from all around the world, we strive to create a warm and friendly environment to best support our patients through their journey.


Duties will include:

  • Providing full secretarial support to one Consultant Plastic Surgeon.
  • Management of patient appointments and surgery bookings, liaising with patients and hospital staff as required in order to facilitate this.
  • Diary management.
  • Ensure that all invoicing, billing, electronic paperwork is always completed promptly and accurately.
  • Contribute to the development of the practice and lead on agreed projects.
  • Any other duties as requested by the Practice Manager

What are we looking for?


We are looking for a brand ambassador we can trust to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of service during their interaction with the practice.


  • Previous medical secretarial or patient coordinator experience is essential, ideally private.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate typing and letter proof reading skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Pabau would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working in a similar highend environment, delivering exceptional levels of service.
