Dynamics Programme Manager - London - £115,000 - £130,000

Lead Consultant/Architect and fancy heading up a team of 10+? - My client are looking for exactly that They are a well-established Microsoft Partner working dealing with a broad portfolio of businesses within the legal sphere.

Working with multiple Magic Circleand legal partners UK wide, they're market leaders in providing bespoke CE and ERP solutions and designs to over 120 firms within this sector.


The day-to-day responsibilities will be a split of technical management and support, with the majority comprising of:

  • Overseeing end-to-end cycles/implementations
  • Taking ownership of relationshipmanagement with new and existing business stakeholders
  • Being accountable for the firms growth and development roadmap and ensuring your team are empowered to contribute to this in their specialist areas
  • To work closely with the team to ensure training, engagement, and professional needs are met within the business's remit
  • Oversee reporting responsibilities to the CTO / CIO regarding wins, revenue, projects, and ongoing implementations

Key competencies needed to succeed:


  • Significant experience of team management/mentoring
  • Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE and the broader Dynamics Eco-System (8years' +)
  • Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with executives, stakeholders, and collaborative organisations
  • Working knowledge of PowerAPPs: PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerPlatform
  • Previous experience of working within the Legal sphere would be beneficial but not essential
