Description

We are an established energy consultancy, and due to further expansion, we are looking for a junior accounts person to help support clients in procedural practices and general administration of accounts.

Although the position is more biased towards someone with previous junior accounting background as long a procedural role has been taken up in the past.

You will work alongside the Sales consultants to collate and prepare documentation when clients move in / move out of sites, along with cost analysis documents/price comparisons for clients.

You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable liaising with energy suppliers on behalf of clients, competent in analysing energy accounts and using excel software.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
Experience of working in an accounting / procedural role

Minimum of one years experience

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Strong IT skills

Clear, polite telephone manner

Competent in the use of Office and Outlook

Polite and confident

Flexible and cooperative

A motivated, forward thinker

Problem solver with the ability to process information accurately and effectively, interpreting data as required

High levels of integrity and loyalty

Sensitive and empathetic in distressing situations

Ability to work under pressure/in stressful situations

Effectively able to communicate and understand the needs of the client

Commitment to ongoing professional development

Effectively utilises resources

Salary:
£22,543.00-£27,856.19 per year
