Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to be located at our offices in Glasgow Prestwick, UK within the Engineering Training department.

The person will be responsible for ensuring the Training department:

Maintain staff data for all engineering personnel
Maintain training records for all staff and ensuring no expiries appear
Monitor, track and communicate training due and expired through reporting with department managers
Manage and maintain an annual training tracker for scheduling and enrolment
Ensuring staff contracted by external companies are tracked and monitored
Responsible for maintaining the helpdesk and ensuring all tickets are dealt with in a satisfactory manner
All other duties where required by the management team

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administration role
A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team
Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Must have a strong work ethic and show responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
