Description
We are working closely with a top 10 accountancy practice in building out their Personal Tax team.

They are in need of an experienced Personal Tax Associate Director with a desire to work with partners in growing out their existing client base.


This practice prides itself on its fantastic working culture and the role itself allows for flexible working arrangements and location.


You will be providing clients with solutions on complex technical issues, supporting them on projects, whilst taking an active role in cross selling where you can.


The role will see you taking a lead in delivering client work and engaging with the wider Tax teams to ensure skills are utitlised appropriately.

You will be a key player in developing junior team members and supporting their career goals.


Business development and ensuring you are supporting your clients in everyway possible will be a large focus of this role.
