The brand and experience team was set up in August 2019 with a mission to help customers make brave and bold decisions within the people experience.

As a team, we help our clients understand their employer reputations, and then help them to build campaigns that transform them into destination employers.

We create and activate employer brands for a wide variety of clients, from large global FMCGs to renewable energy start-ups with big ambitions.


We're now looking for a
Senior Digital Content Writer (ideally with a specialism in talent attraction and engagement) to join us as a senior member of the team that will be accountable for the day-to-day servicing of our client accounts talent community engagement strategies.

Responsibilities we would ask you to own, and drive include:

  • Accountable for the success of talent community engagement for two of our key global clients
  • spotting further areas for growth across the account and introducing the relevant Caraffi experts as and when you think appropriate.
  • Reviewing research, interviewing employees and developing content to produce regular written communications to share via client CRM platforms.
  • Reviewing, proofing, and coordinating approval of assets against brand guidelines and stakeholders.
  • Working with the creative team to brief the creation of content artwork and video to support your strategies.
  • Working with the wider team to coordinate campaign results and reporting and presenting your findings back to your clients at regular agreed intervals.

Knowledge and experience

  • A curious and creative mindset is key you must have some experience and knowledge of the talent and the employer brand market.
  • Strong personal drive and ambition we work remotely most of the time and you must have the maturity to manage your own time to achieve targets set.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage large numbers of projects and competing priorities in a calm and polite manner, liaising with the clients and wider Caraffi teams regularly.
  • Working closely with the creative and client service team you will need to be able to adopt numerous tones of voice and become an ambassador for our clients content writing.
  • Excellent verbal, presentational, written and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves above all else will be paramount as we are a small but rapidly growing team.
