Our Lounge family is growing and is stepping into new territories.

We are now looking for a Head of Brand to help us build solid, long-lasting foundations for the brand in France.

This is an incredibly exciting territory for Lounge which has seen major growth over the last few years and we want to ensure we continue to grow our family of Loungers.


You will be responsible for leading a team of passionate people who love Lounge and who hold our brand values close to their heart, working hard to share these with France and build relationships, have meaningful conversations and make waves for all the right reasons.


What you will do at Lounge:

  • Build and execute the local brand strategy that resonates with our Loungers in France.
  • Lead brainstorms with the team, and be involved in brainstorms with the UK team.
  • Constantly challenge and evolve our brand positioning within the territory whilst keeping the essence of Lounge consistent.
  • Work closely with our UK Brand team to ensure we are aligning with our overall global brand strategy whilst tapping into the unique nature of the French market.
  • Lead ideation & campaign management for territory specific activations or moments.
  • Turn customer & competitor insights into an effective brand strategy and actionable marketing plans.
  • Lead, inspire and manage a crossfunctional team of Campaign Managers and Marketing Managers.
  • Carry out extensive market research of other brands & the territory to ensure we are generating onbrand content that our French Loungers interact and resonate with.
  • Work with the marketing department in the UK to ensure we are building Lounge's brand across all channels and platforms.
  • Manage the FR brand budget, negotiate rates and make decisions on spending and costs in a way that prioritises brand targets.
  • Have a 360 view of brand strategy and understand how a successful campaign is executed across platforms, including in real life events.
  • Share your knowledge and experience with the existing team, helping them develop and grow in their roles.
  • Offer feedback on campaign ideas, and work with team members to support them in developing wellrounded ideas.
  • Pitch concepts and ideas alongside the Campaign Manager to the UK CBO and leadership team.
  • Be an independent thinker and be a key park in making important decisions for the brand.

You must:


  • Be a clear communicator and speak and write excellent English.
  • Be a great team leader, understanding the intricacies of what it means to be a people manager.
  • Be willing to travel both to the UK and elsewhere if and when necessary.

  • Have proven experience building brands in a high growth scale up business within France.

  • Remain aware of global ongoing, being tuned in to cultural goings on and world events.

  • Have the enthusiasm to build your knowledge and develop professionally.
  • Enjoy sharing your knowledge with people, and dedicated to growing a worldleading team.
