LSHTM is recruiting up to three motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join the Management Trainee Scheme.

Effective leadership and management are key to delivering excellent professional services.

The scheme is designed to provide an insight into how a world-leading research and education institute runs, offering direct experience working with senior staff while managing a portfolio of projects.

The post-holder will have a qualification at further or higher education level, or equivalent experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt oral and written communication methods and styles to suit the audience is essential.

The post-holder will have the ability to work proactively and use initiative, demonstrating effective and creative problem-solving skills. Further particulars are included in the job description.

The post is full-time 35 hours per week, 1.0 FTE and fixed-term for 18 months.
