Health and Safety Advisor - Construction

Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

- NEBOSH Minimum

- CSCS Card preferred

Well-organized and self-starter, capable of working independently
Team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent multi-tasker, adept at managing conflicting priorities and deadlines
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

Enthusiastic about challenges and new initiatives

Responsibilities include:

Conducting Risk Assessments and offering guidance to site teams
Developing health and safety documentation such as policies, risk assessments, method statements, etc.
Implementing health and safety management systems
Investigating accidents, near misses, and cases of ill health
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
General administration and office-based tasks
Maintaining company standards and image
Continual Professional Development (CPD) maintenance

Equipment Provided: Mobile Phone & Laptop for business usage

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed-term Contract (7 months)

Pay: £43,000.00-£49,000.00 per year
