HFD Group currently employs around 150 people across these divisions, spearheaded by a managing board of six with more than 150 years' experience in the commercial property sector. We have delivered in excess of 2.8 million sq. ft. for occupiers including a variety of blue chip organisations, and now serve over 330 companies, employing in excess of 15,000 staff across our portfolio.

HFD Group are currently looking to recuit a Credit Controller to look after multiple companies collecting and chasing debts with some admin work. This is a key role within the finance department. Working 37 hours per week (Core Hours

The current team consists of the Finance Director, Business System and Change Manager, Financial Controller, Financial Accountant, 4 Accountants Assistants, Payroll Manager, and a Credit Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

Downloading daily bank statements for numerous banks
Posting and allocating cash receipts and payment on a daily basis
Weekly reporting for overdue accounts
DD collections
Raising invoices for misc charges internally
Monthly statements to customers
Chasing debt via, phone, letters etc
Account reconciliations
Cash banking plus adhoc duties

Successful applicants must have strong Credit Control experience in dealing with all of the above as well as have Excel and Sage experience.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
