I am currently working with a Private-Equity backed international Group based in Nottingham.

The company have doubled turnover in the last 6 months to over £250 million, with the exponential growth of the business they are looking for a Corporate Tax Accountantto help support the Senior Tax Manager, perfect for someone who is looking for a move into Industry.


Job Description:


  • Preparing tax computations
  • Researching legislation, including providing technical analysis on the tax treatment and the impact new legislation may have on investments
  • Assist in group payment arrangement compliance and calculations
  • Statutory deadlines for the filing of tax returns are achieved
  • Liaising with contacts where additional information is required
  • Provide investments with guidance on the range of tax matters, including VAT, PAYE, customs duties
Person Specification

  • ACA or CTA Qualified (or equivalent)
  • IT literate
  • Excel, Word, Tax software
  • Proficient with Alphatax
  • Desirable
  • Experienced of Corporate Tax compliance services
  • Technical Tax knowledge and experience
