Full Time -Warehouse Operatives AM & PM Shifts Available

People Solutions are looking for Warehouse Pick and Pack operatives based at Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton.


Our client is one of the largest Logistics companies in the UK and require additional staff to support their seasonal peak with their client, a leading Online Gift Retailer.

We have immediate registration and interview sessions ahead of start dates.


Warehouse Operative shift patterns:
Mon - Fri

6AM-2PM - £10.40 per hour (£15.60 per hour overtime )
2PM-10PM - £11.40 per hour (£17.10 per hour overtime )

Sun -Thur

6AM-2PM - £10.40 per hour (£15.60 per hour overtime )
2PM-10PM - £11.40 per hour (£17.10 per hour overtime )

Tues - Sat

6AM-2PM - £10.40 per hour (£15.60 per hour overtime )
2PM-10PM - £11.40 per hour (£17.10 per hour overtime )

Duties in your role as a Warehouse Operative:
Receive/dispatch goods as required
To safely and securely load/unload customer's goods in line with warehouse targets
To pick customer orders from stock
Pick / Pack customer online Orders
Repack and Rework gift sets and seasonal products.
Count stock
Re-bag as required to ensure stock is kept in good condition
To ensure high levels of housekeeping standards are maintained
To provide a high level of internal and external customer care
To ensure that the customers goods are handled carefully and correctly in line with standard operating procedures
To carry out other relevant duties as directed by management to ensure the effective performance of the warehouse operation
