Description

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join the UK Transport Team based in Lutterworth. The shift pattern for this position will be 10:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday.

About the Role

How you will contribute

Responsible for maintaining & uploading POD documents in a timely manner. Proactively chasing carrier partners to ensure missing documents are received in line with customer SLA.
Uploading order files & planning routes according to set parameters to ensure goods are delivered ontime & in a costeffective manner.
Communicate with syncreon Control Tower in relation to distressed orders whilst identifying any delivery conflicts on orders that are due to be planned for delivery.
Liaise with the warehouse operations team regarding order queries.
Interaction with drivers in issuing delivery paperwork whilst ensuring any additional delivery requirements are conveyed concisely.

Key Qualifications

Strong office administration skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferably experience of Microsoft Access.
Professional, accurate and precise, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
