Talent Acquisition is critical to our growing business.

We are recruiting for a
Talent Acquisition Partner - Frontline to join our team focusing on the recruitment of high-volume hospitality positions.

This role will preferably be based in Leeds.

A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner - Frontline:

Secure great frontline talent for our growing UK business
Organising and attending hiring events, open days and jobs fairs
Building relationships with external providers i.e. job centres, universities and colleges
Managing a high volume of roles and being comfortable handling multiple competing priorities
Develop relationships with managers to understanding their hiring needs
Support hiring managers to build job specifications and advertise vacancies across hiring platforms Work as a team to reduce agency spend across the UK through direct hiring
Champion Aramark's recruitment processes and strive for best practice recruitment at all levels of the organisation
Report on and drive key recruitment metrics including cost, time to hire

You'll be set up for success if you have:

Experience and knowledge in recruiting high volume roles
Experience of using ATS systems we use SAP Success Factors (desirable)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
An ability to develop effective relationships across the organisation and externally
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
