The Talent Attraction Specialist will be responsible for working with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to engage quality and diverse talent for Business.
What you'll be doing
- Builds deep relationships and works closely with stakeholders from across the business to understand their key priorities, challenges and specific employer branding needs, delivering service excellence.
- Develops and builds EVP led talent attraction strategies and then deploy and deliver effective, bespoke recruitment marketing plans to meet workforce plans across your business vertical.
- Drives DE&I ambitions throughout the business and deliver effective recruitment marketing campaigns to target diverse talent pools externally.
- Builds top of funnel marketing activities to help Business achieve DE&I targets.
- Gathers usergenerated content be that blogs or videos, working collaboratively with our wider teams aligned to recruitment priorities.
- Social content calendar creation and execution. Measure success (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth).
- Identify and manage relationships with key partners through a data led approach, including research, outreach and events, social media platforms and media who can help us target DE&I ambitions and amplify BT's engagement activity while achieving best value.
- Work with hiring teams to develop targeted recruitment marketing interventions to address hard to fill recruitment needs.
- Gather data and research on market trends and provide insights to the business on the talent landscape to help inform the future direction of activity and messaging.
- Work with the social media, design team and recruitment advertising agency partners to develop insight led and evidence based integrated solutions.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to track the success of recruitment campaigns and deliver regular reports to the business on campaign performance metrics and ROI.
