Description
This role requires preparing, serving meals to our client base, Cleaning the kitchen, washing dishes. we expect this to be in line with the SSBF law and safety food standards.

This role requires the Kitchen porter to support the chef to keep a clean and tidy work space in the kitchen area.


Our residents base enjoy eating in our dining area and have an active say in the food which is provided for them.

We would love to have a kitchen porter who would engage with our residents and take part in our monthly residents meeting to get to know the residents likes and dislikes as well as creating an all important rapper with the client base.


The Kitchen Porter must have a working knowledge of:

  • Temperature checks and controls.
  • The Safer Food Better Business Framework
  • Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Leadership Skills
  • Allergens
  • Dietary Requirements and Preferences
  • Effective Teamwork

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£9.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Liverpool, L8 7NP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
  • Kitchen porter: 1 year (preferred)
