To be responsible for maintaining own personal development through participation in HCT appraisal and personal development system and to reflect on own performance through supervision, coaching and/or assist in the development of managerial and leadership potential of all staff through involvement with professional bodies, and available leadership The post holder has day to day responsibility for HR and other managerial duties while operating within broad policies for the designated locality To deputise for the specialist pathway lead To ensure that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standard and in accordance with current quality initiatives within the area of work.
