ROLE PURPOSE
This is a key role in our small accounts department, bookkeeping practice.
The role includes all management accounts functions, including VAT returns for various clients.
For each client ensuring the jobs are completed by required deadlines and all submission deadlines met.
It is a varied role and will involve learning about and understanding many different businesses.
The position will require assistance with bookkeeping work, managing jobs, and communicating with clients on a monthly or quarterly basis.
A high level of professionalservice is required at all times.This role is a combination of office based (Banbury office) and homeworking.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Relevant accounting qualification or experience in management accounting
- Xero experience an advantage (training provided)
- Excellent excel skills
- Motivated and deadline driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a team and individually
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
