*Role definition -You will be responsible for concentrating on the delivery of EUC strategies and technologies and / Or Digital Workplace Solutions to customers.- The consultant should then be able to visualize the implementation of this design and create a solution to ensure successful project completion and safe handover to hyper care and then run operations.
- They must also have strong documentation and presentation skills to support the delivery of designs through customer review.
- They must also coordinate with other consultants to cover knowledge gaps and work closely with offshore engineering teams to ensure that designs are properly implemented.
- The role is primarily focused on solution understanding, creating compelling customer presentations, and bid defense.
- The consultant should have a flair for sizing the deals and pricing them along with internal teams and partners.
- This role is focused on existing logos and sometimes new customers.
- Experienced in Client facing roles as a consultant or Business Delivery Executive or Business Delivery Manager along with Architect Role.
- Experience designing and delivering Public Cloud / hybrid solutions for end users
- Skills in contributing to technical roadmaps for technologies supported by End users.
- High level understanding of all EUC technology listed with a sound knowledge of service management.
- Customer focused, confident and articulate with lots of experience in stakeholder meetings and presentations
- Sound Service Management skills including know how of managing a delivery function
- Sound Transition and transformation principles and experience in the same is a required skill
- Able to work closely with sales, business analyst and engineering teams in Europe
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Engage with the customer as an enterprise architect and identify the vision and roadmap of the customer on Digital Journey and specific technology requirements on End user space or Digital Workplace
- Gather, Assess, design, Build and drive implementation of End user technologies stack and architecture based on customer environment and Industry leading solutions for the customer
- Participate to develop and manage architecture governance structure based on business, IT strategies as relevant for End User Services.
- Provide consulting service to the customer on End
- User Technologies trends and Digital Workplace solution trends and defining a future roadmap
- Consult project teams and align infrastructure architecture assignments and identify need to modify the design if any to attain project requirements.
- Stitch solution across multiple technologies and drive consultants from various technology streams to work in collaboration towards the project technical and business goals
- Drive the next level Consultants and architects providing directions to achieve the endtoend solution for the customer.
- See the bigger picture as an enterprise architect and ensure that the right solution is proposed to the customer requirements to help achieve his business goals
- Review and drive to ensure all technical documentation (HLD, LLD, etc.,) are of industry standards before submitting to the customer.
- Be part of the customer s Enterprise Architecture Board, participate and propose industry best solutions.
- SCCM, (Windows 10, MAC & Linux) desktops, Modern Management, Intune
- MS Teams, Skype, O365, SharePoint, OneDrive & enterprise Vault
- Active Directory Azure AD, PIM, AIP.

£70,000.00-£77,000.00 per year
