£25,000 per annum plus 10% bonus

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of - Monday to Sunday

Job Profile

Residential Living Recruitment are exclusively working with a Build to Rent operator to recruit a number of Resident Service Advisors.

You will be providing excellent customer service supporting residents from move-in to move-out.

This role involves working front of house and will include a lot of resident interaction to enhance resident experience.

Duties and responsibilities

Front desk Customer Service
Tour potential customers around the residential buildings
Support the premovein administration processes to drive new business conversion
Support residents with any maintenance queries
Ensure an accurate log is maintained for any visitors or deliveries
Carry out daily inspections of development
Deliver excellent customer service to residents
Network and regularly interact with customers to build customer relations
Work closely with other teams within the business to achieve targets
