A great opportunity for a CNC Programmer & Setter to join an ever-growing global provider of highly engineered products. There will be plenty of opportunity to develop your career and take the next step higher.

As the CNC Programmer & Setter, you will be responsible for the operation and setting of any required CNC machines, ensuring the components are manufactured within required tolerance and a high standard, whilst meeting targets.

You will have experience withonline programming, and familiarity with Fanuc Machines.

With 9 lathes in total; you will be trained to work on each one and complete different tasks; adding variety to your day.

Programmer & Setter Requirements:

Program, set and operate a variety of CNC machines; both sliding head and fixed head lathes (Star, Miyano & Citizen)
Manufacture components to a tolerance
Complete inspection using correct equipment on components
Setting machines indecently
Programming machines at the control, offline and using our CAM system
Creating tool sheets to aid the setting and running of the
Meeting preset targets (Cycle times, run times, setup times )
Basic maintenance when required (changing filters, keeping oils topped up, replacing consumable parts )
3 years' experience in similar role
