Company Overview:

We are looking for two new team members to help with customer support. Energy Funding Service offers Grants across the UK and works under several Government Schemes. We connect customers who are looking to save money on energy with applicable Grants.

Our company has been growing fast, starting in Rochdale 10 years ago we now supply the largest UK Energy Companies with work.

Our vision is to continue to grow fast and become a household brand. Working with Energy Funding Service offers a unique position to be in a growing company with huge growth potential.

Your Main Duties:

Answering phones to inbound customers
Advising customers of Energy Grants available
Connecting the customer to the relevant department

Skills:

We would prefer previous experience in answering telephone calls either within a reception or customer support position. Previous similar roles will be noted.

Full training and support will be given.

Other skills are:

Excellent Phone Manner
Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel is often used)
