Retail Sales Assistant Role Outline:


As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to various in person promotional activities and sales initiatives.


Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:

Engaging with Customers:


  • Actively interact with customers, providing them with information about promotional offers, products, or services, and addressing any inquiries they may have. Customer interactions will take place in pre allocated locations engaging with customers where they live, work or shop.

Demonstrating Products:


  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of specific products, stimulating customer interest and facilitating purchases.

Assisting with Sales:


  • Guide customers through the purchase journey, handle transactions efficiently, and process payments to ensure a seamless in person sales experience.

Providing Customer Service:


  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your role will significantly contribute to driving sales and fostering positive customer experiences, thereby contributing to the overall success of the company.

Salary:
£24,304.00 per year
