Description
NHS D&G have a 37.5 hr post on a fixed term basis for 1 year.

Shift pattern - 5

  • The post advertised is within our Referrals and Data Quality department and the role is to support our Health Records team by providing an efficient Health Records service to patients, medical, nursing staff and other administrative personnel by providing:
  • CHI registration service
  • Processing Referrals through or Referral Management System
  • Extensive Data Quality tasks
  • Capturing Overseas and cross border activity


Applicant will have a willingness to adapt to change and have a flexible approach to working practices, will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, you will be highly organised with the ability to work to specified timescales and deadlines.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES:


_NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week for __NHS Agenda for Change workers in Scotland _
_from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period, for which you would be paid, until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week._
