BDS are currently recruiting for a Retirement Living Advisor for a sheltered housing service in Hartlepool


We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

You will signpost information, help with support planning, provide building checks, report repairs, provide welfare checks and arrange social activities for residents as a few of your key duties.

Pay rate starting from £13.71ph PAYE plus holiday pay or circa £16.53 per hour umbrella.

35 hours per week flexible, Monday to Friday.

This is a temp ongoing role initially but could become permanent at a later date.

  • Supported or retirement housing
  • Experience with older adults
  • Liaising with external providers
  • Assessing vulnerable adults
  • Good admin skills

Job Types:
Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£13.71-£16.53 per hour
