We are looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual to join the busy Placements team within our Faculty on a full time, open-ended basis.

You will support students from the Departments of Health and Education.


About the role:


As a team we play a vital role in researching and developing opportunities to generate new placements at home and abroad, as well as maintaining positive relationships with current providers and partner institutions, ensuring that services are effective and adapt to changing circumstances.


You will act as a point of contact for undergraduate and postgraduate students, staff, partners and employers, dealing with enquiries and providing guidance.

Placement Officers also deliver our Placements Development Programme, so will need to be confident when presenting to groups of students on topics related to employability.


With excellent organisational skills, you will demonstrate a good use of initiative and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise a high workload.

For this role, experience of working in the sport, health or education sectors would be an asset.
