We are currently working with a well Luxury footwear brand that is known for its footwear and accessories that are timeless and made to last.

It is an exciting time to join the business. This superb opportunity isn't to be missed.

You will be responsible for leading the e-commerce strategy and day-to-day management of the site as well as overseeing CRM, including customer insight and data management.

The E-commerce Manager sits within the Marketing team and works closely with variousdepartments.

You must have at least 3 years of previous experience as an eCommerce Manager, ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brand

Responsibilities include:

Lead and oversee strategy for the brand's ecommerce platform, improving the customer journey and driving conversion and revenue whilst ensuring brand status is maintained at the highest level
Ensure the entire site, including all marketing channels, products, page titles, and meta descriptions are optimised and maintained for SEO
Plan, manage, and deliver, in conjunction with the global marketing calendar and collection launches, ensuring initiatives are rolled out across the website on time
Marketing, in line with the online strategy, digital budgets, and KPIs
Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analysis using insights from website analytics to drive improvements across the website.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of UX/UIanalytics and insight tools (i.e. Hotjaretc)
Experience or working with and managing partners.

Experience and skills required include:

Must have experience in using Magento
Strong track record of driving commercial growth and traffic
Deep knowledge across the digital spectrum (platform development, PPC, SEO, etc
You're a big personality with huge amounts of energy and you are fun to work with
Managed a team before
